sz77 services are strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. sz77 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is enforced through the KYC process — registration alone does not constitute confirmed eligibility.
If sz77 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended and the personal data will be deleted following the resolution of any regulatory obligations related to the account (including any AMLC reporting requirements). Deposited funds held in confirmed underage accounts will be returned per PAGCOR guidelines.
